Yes. We focus on trade-grade materials and supplies used by professional installers and refinishers, chosen for consistency, performance and jobsite reliability.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Curbside delivery is available within 50 miles of any of our six stores. Longer distances may be possible case by case, with added cost. Materials are delivered to the curb or driveway; unloading is not included.
What is your return policy?
Most stocked products can be returned within 30 days in like-new, resalable condition. Special-order items can't be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Do you offer contractor credit accounts?
Yes, through Capital One Trade Credit. Approved accounts get a revolving line for in-store purchases with monthly statements. Approval, limits and terms are set by Capital One. Apply for credit.
Can you hold materials for me?
Yes, on stocked items. Sales orders lock pricing and availability for 7 days, after which the order may be voided. Different terms apply to special-order items or items marked ***.
