What is SPC?
What's inside a plank.
SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite: a rigid-core vinyl built around a dense core of limestone and stabilizers. That stone core is what sets it apart from standard vinyl and laminate. It doesn't swell, warp or react to moisture.

- IXPE underlayment (the "+1")The attached pad that adds comfort, warmth and sound reduction, and makes it a 5+1 or 4+1 system. No separate underlayment to buy.

The click-lock system on this flooring is really solid. Even installing it myself by hand, without professional tools, the locking clips didn't break or crack.
Overall, the install was easy with no problems with the click-lock system. Good quality flooring.
