First Atlanta Flooring is a family-owned distributor of hardwood flooring, stair treads, risers, stair parts, moldings and everything that goes with them. For more than 17 years we've supplied the installers, builders and contractors who keep Metro Atlanta and North Georgia building, with deep stock, fair prices and stores that open before the job site does.

Built one store at a time.
We opened our first store in Suwanee in 2009, in a 2,000-square-foot warehouse, at a time when the economy was shaky and starting a flooring business was a real risk. We carried the basics: unfinished flooring, installation tools and finishing supplies.
The contractors who came in those first years kept coming back, and they kept asking for more. More species, more widths, more moldings, more stair parts. So we listened, kept adding product, and when the warehouse got full, we opened another store. Then another. That's still how we grow today.

Where it all started: a 2,000 sq ft warehouse stocking unfinished hardwood, install tools and finishing supplies.

Marietta
Our first expansion: a 25,000 sq ft distribution center with 7 loading docks near I-75.

25,000 sq ft and 6 loading docks on Jimmy Carter Blvd, right off I-85.
