Wrong Material & Damage Policy

If incorrect materials are received, or if damage is visible at the time of delivery, customers must notify First Atlanta Flooring within 24–48 hours, depending on the nature of the issue, and document any visible damage.

Materials that have been installed or used are considered accepted and are not eligible for replacement.

Acclimation and Moisture Control

Wood flooring products require proper acclimation prior to installation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow manufacturer guidelines regarding acclimation, moisture levels, HVAC operation, and site conditions.

First Atlanta Flooring is not responsible for issues caused by improper acclimation, installation, site conditions, or maintenance.

Manufacturer Warranties

First Atlanta Flooring is a distributor and does not manufacture the products sold.

All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. First Atlanta Flooring makes no independent warranties regarding product performance or suitability.

In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer may require an inspection by a certified third-party inspector (such as NWFA-certified inspectors). Inspection costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by the manufacturer.

Financing & Payments

Payment methods, financing options, and credit approvals are handled in store or directly through third-party financing partners.

First Atlanta Flooring does not process or store credit card or financing information through this website.

Limitation of Liability

First Atlanta Flooring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of any products sold.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the materials sold.
